「Excellent location and amazing breakfast」

「Extremely disappointing stay — not what I expected from Meliá I stayed at Brasil 21 Suites by Meliá for 14 days and had to change rooms THREE different times. Two of the rooms were completely different from what I had reserved and were unacceptable for an extended stay. One room was extremely noisy, another had visible mold/staining on the walls, and the rooms generally felt outdated and poorly maintained. The TVs were outdated, walls were dirty and clearly needed a fresh coat of paint, and...

「Tamanho do apartamento」

Atendimento do room service péssimo.

「Worth the price. Room was very acceptable. Staff very accommodating 👌. I liked breakfast. A/C was good. Gym limited but work out went well. I asked for a double bed instead of a single and they switched me and I was very grateful. Had dinner there once and it was very good. Steak was very tasty and very good」

「O melhor é a localização. O resto é bom. Então acaba sendo uma boa opção. Excelente custo beneficio. 」

「usually stay there but this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. the bathroom sink area wasnt clean. the breakfast this time was lacking and not the typical options as in the past. the only think I actually dont like is the parking. you either get lucky with a place by the front door or they charge you to park in their garage. in brasil parking has always been free whenever I travel. normally the hotel is decent but this time I was disappointed」
