“This hotel does not have a functioning back up generator and for the price of the rooms that is the least that should be provided.Definately would not recommend before asking about the backup generator ”

“I will never stay here again. I had a problem in which I got terribly sick from the food and all they offered was $10 off. When I had an issue, they were trying to hold my stuff hostage until I paid as if I ever said I wasn't going to pay. The food sucks too. Don't go here.”

“Poor facilities. Very small room.The toilet seat is unstable and shaking. Worst, the lady at the reception refused to accept the Expedia price of the room and demanded additional payment.”

“Amazing view of the ocean and beach from the room. Staff was very healthful even when the AC unit had to be replaced, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. However, the atmosphere, beach views and access, the amazing food, and the helpful staff made up for any issues. I wish that they had a system to charge amenities and food to the room to pay all at the end of the stay, but overall loved my stay.”

“Kobe Suite is a nice smaller hotel, with two great pools. Limited lounge chairs around the pool area. Restaurant on site for lunch and supper was okay, one night I found a live bug in the olive they acted quickly to resolve the issue. Breakfast buffet is nice. Overall we would stay again if needed ”
