「FIRE ALARMS CONSTANTLY GOING OFF!!! Checked in about 11:15 pm, was in elevator going up to room and the fire alarms started going off. Other guests stated they had been there since 3:00 pm that day, and the alarms had been going off repeatedly since their arrival, and the fire department had been there 3 times already. Myself and 6 other guests decided to book rooms nearby due to the fire alarm situation. We all kindly requested refunds, which all were denied by the owner !! Very unethical given...

「My room was very dirty around the edges of the walls where it met the floor. I had a saftey pin on the ground next to one of the beds. The ceiling had missing patches of popcorn ceiling plaster. The smoke detector was missing and wires exposed. The tub was stained around the drain, and the drain plug was pulled out and sitting on the side of the tub. The doors to the bathroom were closet doors and did not lock. The hallway smelled like dirty vacuum filters that needed to be changed and bad air...
