"Check in was super easy. My flight arrived at 6am and I arrived at the property at about 11. Check in wasn't until 3pm but they had a room ready and was able to accommodate me as I was tired. The front desk staff were super friendly and handled my every need. Bell service was available to handle my bags that was great. I got one of the less expensive rooms but it was still large with a king bed and a partial view of Subic Bay. I was happy. The only thing missing was a microwave. I had left overs from the restaurants and couldn't heat them. There is a fridge with a stocked mini bar with things for purchase. There were chips, several types of beer, coke, sprite, milk and a couple types of juice. I ate several times at the two restaurants. They have large menus and the food was very good. Service was fine and about what you'd expect. Overall the value was pretty good and I'd stay again. "
