「I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.」

「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

「The staff were AMAZING! Everyone was accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh , you reserve a time and it’s not picked through. The room was clean well kept . This is an excellent place to go for a couples night out or anniversary stay , the kids got bored . It’s a little pricey but different and worth the stay . 」
