"This is hands down one of my favorite spots I've ever stayed. It's quiet, cozy, clean, great view, and great location. I will be recommending this spot to anyone going to Newport. The property is beautiful and well kept plus the cats are adorable. I quite literally have nothing bad to say about this place. In my opinion it's better than advertised. You're right in the middle of everything while being just far enough away to have that peace and quiet. My partner and I didn't want to leave...

"I enjoyed my stay very much. I would have appreciated guidance to my room, with help for the luggage. I should have asked but figured I could find it, unfortunately, the numbers did not match. Finally found it but had to make an extra trip to the car and the office. Wish I could have stayed longer!! The staff was pleasant, I enjoyed the landscape, beautiful, and the nature walk! "The place overall was great! We stayed in a studio which had a door at the bottom of the stairs connecting to the room below us. The only issue from our whole trip was the noise from the downstairs guests. They were just talking and walking around but the noise came through the connecting door and it sounded as though the door was wide open."

"Room was clean and smelled nice. Check in was fast and they offered free coffee, tea and water at all hours, which was great, and a coffee bar (think mini Starbucks) for free at 8a. Views of the ocean were amazing and you can easily walk onto the beach from the hotel. They had breakfast, for a cost, but it didn’t open till 8a (bummer). Close to many good restaurants, there is an Irish Pub a block away."

"The rooms are large and comfortable the beds were perfect The motel used to be a very expensive hotel before Motel 6 took it over now the prices allow budget minded families to stay in comfort Everything was very clean and the housekeepers are friendly and helpful I take my family to Newport several times a year and from now on this is the only place I will stay "
