「Building & room was clean. Keys to room did not fully work the correct way the entire time we was there.
I called a couple of days of ahead of time tonsee if pool would be open and staff said it would be. After getting a family of 5 ready to go to the pool we saw that it was very dirty and had not been clean in months. My kids(8,6,3) were very disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming in the pool.
Feel like they need to do updates to thickness of the floors. We got a noise...

「This place hasn't been updated or cleaned really well in probably 40 years. Dingy, dirty, neglected, and lots of those "landlord special" half-arse repair attempts from previous damage or failed room components.
The only bright side is that there were no rats or large bugs.」
