「Depending on who you book through, there might be a substantial 'cleaning' deposit required. We were informed of the amount and that it had to be paid online while we were in transit. Luckily, we had a layover that allowed us to do this before arriving at the door. There were problems once we arrived that may have been beyond the control of the owners, such as a last minute requirement to put us in a different unit for one night, but these things can and do happen. The owners were responsive...

「Beautiful well presented and thought out layout and spacious apartment, clean and well located. Great amenities such as washing machine, fridge freezer etc. It was the beds which were as hard as nails that let it down, for a luxury apartment to have such uncomfortable beds was a real let down. Cleaning staff were a little late finishing so we needed to wait a little while until we could get into the apartment, which would have been fine as they did such a good job but to then have to sleep/not...

「This apartment is absolutely wonderful! It is stylish, comfortable, very clean, and has both a well-stocked kitchen and washer. Excellent location in Sliema and walk to everything. Note there is no lift and you need to turn on the hot water switch before using the shower. Very nice staff available on WhatsApp. Highly recommend!」

「The apartment was close to bus stops for connections to Valletta and beyond.」

「So firstly, the place is actually quite nice. I don't have many complaints about the actual place to stay. What was bad was the following: Communication with the host was impossible - i sent 3 messages over my stay and got a response only on one. And the phone number link doesn't go to the host. The check in process - they literally send you information on check-in 30minutes before your stay? And the person who picks up the phone seems to be apart of a call center - he had no idea about the...

「Spacious & clean in a great location. Only criticism would be that some of furnish was a bit shabby - especially sofa in living room. Could have had more glasses and kitchen utensils. Overall was as described. 」

「Very old building and old furniture in the apartments. Our window was broken and could not be closed. Incredibly noisy at night, people were screaming on the road, people screaming in the corridors. 」
