“This hotel is wonderful… it’s old-style hospitality at its best, and very romantic. The grounds, pool and beach are fabulous, and spotless. Breakfast is fresh, varied and plentiful… staff friendly and accommodating. There is a mercato not far from the hotel where you can pick up some deli bits, fresh bread and fruit for lunch on your balcony (room has a fridge). Silvi itself has seen better days - although some decent pizzerias, seafood places and gelateria can still be found on the main drag.……

“La struttura ha un personale di reception cortese ed efficiente. La camera era veramente essenziale. I materassi un po' indossati al centro, la doccia piccolissima, le dotazioni del bagno ( shampoo ecc.) Ridotti al minimo. Dopo aver azionato lo sciacquone la fase di riempimento dura una vita ed è molto rumorosa. La cosa che ci ha disturbato di più comunque è stato che manca completamente una insonorizzazione decente e ci siamo sentiti la tv e le chiacchiere dei vicini fino a tardi. Piacevole la……

“Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend.”

“Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und angenehm. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass komplette Pflegeartikel inklusive Zahnbürste vorhanden waren. Zusätzlich gab es eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht hat. Der Strand ist in nur etwa 7 Minuten erreichbar und auch das Zentrum liegt ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.”

“The property was very clean. Property is in a nice country setting yet is close to beach and the mountains. It felt like I had the house to myself but the host was available when needed. I would definitely stay again.”

“Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again.”

“The communication with the owners was terrible. The online check in was problematic, getting the codes and into the building was difficult and the WiFi did not work. The room itself was very nice and Pescara is hreat”

“I pulled into the property late in the evening and the only cars in the dark parking lot I assume belonged to the minimal staff. Hotel and surrounding property were deserted. If it wasn’t so late at night I would not have even checked in. After being shown the room, I left immediately and booked another hotel nearby. Not sure what is going on there, but it must be some sort of scam. The two staff members were kind and maybe understood why I left? Avoid at all costs.”
