「The receptionist was very helpful. There a lot of parking space no fee. The property was walking distance to the Citadel」

「We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. 「Location is perfect. Almost within the historic centre. Room looks exactly like, if not better than, the pictures. I was lucky enough to meet the owner of this hotel. A very polite and helpful gentleman he is, even guided me to park my car in the narrow streets of Sighisoara historic centre. Room is tidy and clean. A must stay for me when I visit Sighisoara. Make sure you don't miss the welcome Palinka!」

「Very well maintained historic property in great location. The lady at reception was very nice. Only problem was we needed to take a bus to Sibiu and she told us I reservation was necessary. Turns out it was actually a van and was sold out. After some negotiation the driver let os on but we had to stand the whole way in a very full van. Other than that the stay was excellent.」
