"Excellent stay in a fabulous, enormous room (corner suite). Lovely large rooftop restaurant, with (thankfully) a separate smoking area (we are non smokers). Good location for coach station and main shopping centre (approx 15 minute walk). One slightly strange thing, only 4 coathangers in wardrobe (the annoying fixed ones). "Beautiful hotel in an old Ottoman house. The terrasse gives a partial view of the mountains and the lake which is absolutely stunning. Service was great and dogs are allowed which is wonderful! "As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is unclear where/how to check in. I simply texted when we arrived and immediately help arrived to show us where to go. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. The information provided inside the room about whee to find dinner and breakfast, explaining about the hot water and the door locks - was perfect. We would definitely stay again in any of the three places."
