"Great bed thick towels very confortable 2 problems I ask the desk clerk specifically if their pillows were feather (I’m allergic to feathers) she said they weren’t when I got to the room after dinner around 10 pm I inspected the pillows & they were goose feathers which I can’t tolerate it was too late to call to switch I needed to be up at 6 am had to make pillows out of towels not good Also their breakfast was weak no bagels no cream cheese no French vanilla for coffee just plain weak"

"Great service, my check in was super easy and quick. The representative at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean, I only stayed 1 night. There was a Crack in the shower but nothing bad. Check out was super quick as well. On my way out I asked if they sold water bottles and the front desk said yes but let me give you a complimentary one. Excellent customer service 😊"
