「Customer service was outstanding. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3* hotel. We ate at the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The dining room/breakfast room is more like a cosy salon...

「the suit is very nice with mountain view and antique furniture.
the spa equipment is various and relaxing.
Restaurant is very worthy, delicious food and good service.
