「The property is fabulous and the deck has a wonderful view - perfect for a wine toast (we were on our honeymoon). It's close to the train station but has parking, it's very close to the water. The kitchen was fabulous and a small market is nearby. The restaurants are terrific! There was only one wine glass though (easily remedied) but the big bed mattress was terrible with big divots - so we slept in the other bedroom, which was small. Had some problems with parking but nothing we couldn't...

「Oh man! If there is 20 rate for this place, we’ll give a 20! First, Alessio the host was very very nice, very accommodating. He goes out of the way to drive us to the grocery because it was late and we were with kids. He Brought us to a really good local restaurant as well so we’re fed well before sundown. Really quiet family owned farm type away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. 」

「I loved Loretta’s place! It was a perfect location to take day trips to Rome, but enjoy a bit of the beach vibe on off days for relaxation! Perfect location across from Conad grocery store and just a few blocks to the beach. Loretta was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need. She even was willing to call a taxi to take us to the airport for our next adventure.」

「Great location. Flat has everything you need. The host was absolutely wonderful! She took us on a day trip to several treasures of places and her communication from booking through departure was over the top. We had a medical emergency during our stay and she came to the hospital to help out with language and comfort. Wish I could have given 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend this property. 」

Some highlights: 1) He is a very communicative host and full of recommendations of things to do; 2) The apartment is exactly as advertised and is very spacious; 3) I loved the banana grove out back… we cooked meals and ate outside several evenings; 4) The local/public transportation system is easy to use…we rode buses & trains all week for little cost. I highly recommend choosing Pino’s place for a comfortable, clean and quiet stay in Rome!」
