Centralized suction. Terrace (passageway all around the house). Garage (3 spaces). Sheets included + beds made + household linen included. Ski Arêches 22 km, Crest-Voland 23 km, Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie 25 km, les Saisies/Espace Diamant 26 km. Cross-country skiing 20 km. Swimming pool and ice rink 6 km. Body of water 15 km. Golf 23km. Country house located 5 km from Albertville & 22 km from the slopes. Charming typical village in the countryside overlooking the cluse albertvilloise. Many other reference ski areas nearby: Crest-Voland/Espace Diamand at 23 km, Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie at 25 km (at the foot of Mont-Blanc), Les Saisies/Espace Diamant at 26 km.
