“We spent one night in this hotel. my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. Several issues contributed to this negative experience: • The room was not properly maintained: the laundry was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor • The furniture was old and worn, which diminished the overall comfort and appearance of the room. • We paid 170 euros for a quadruple room, and according to your website this rate……
