"The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! "Chambre sale et poussiéreuse, à l’image de la salle de bains. Interrupteurs et télécommande poisseux, appliques tordues et couvertes de poussière, fenêtre vétuste, rideaux tachés de rouille. Aucune insonorisation : musique et cris jusque tard dans la nuit. Rideau de douche moisi et malodorant, joints noirs. Papier toilette déjà entamé par les précédents clients, tout comme la boîte de mouchoirs. Peinture défraîchie, porte de salle de bain marquée de taches douteuses. La liste pourrait s’allonger...

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."
