"I was picked up from the airport got to the location early the room was available they allowed me to check in the staff helped me with my luggage they explained to everything was as far as the pool the gym the restaurant and also advised me of what was around locally in case I wanted to do something outside of my stay. ""Breakfast was terrible. I contacted the website for an airport transfer and provided the airport name, flight number, airline, and the time and date of arrival. They were not at the airport. When I contacted them, the man on the phone told me the driver was there, which made me walk around looking for a man with a hotel sign and my name. I kept calling, and finally, they told me I was at the wrong airport (them, not me). When I started complaining, he told me that I had to take a taxi. I asked for a refund, and he told me I had to speak to the manager the next day. I spoke to the manager, and she told me, 'No, sorry, no refund,' because they do not provide transfers at the airport where I arrived. I told her that if they had read my email, they would have told me that at the beginning, not when I was already at the airport. There was no refund. Thieves!""

"Excellent hotel very near BKK airport and free shuttle service. The room was exceptional, clean, comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant and the gelato bar was delicious. Stayed one night to catch flight the next day. I highly recommend this very nice hotel with very courteous staff."
