"We chose this home based upon the location and the pictures. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed in the overall appearance of the gounds. It was definitely more run down than the pictures portrayed. The entire complex needs some paint and lots of TLC. The house itself was fine, but it is advertised as OK for long term guests and I would have to disagree with that. "We had a good time and like ouer stay. We eat breakfast every morning at the balcony. Then we took the bike too the beaches. There is a lot of them. In the evenings we went too smal restaurants nearby and sometimes we used pickup service. You need to rent a bike then this is a good place too rent. "The 3 BEDROOM HOUSE THAT I RENTED HAD A PROBLEM, WHEN IT RAINED AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS A PUDLE OF WATER FORMED. COULD NOT TELL WHERE THE WATER CAME FROM IT APEARED TO BE SEAPING THROUGH THE WALL. THE TILES ON THE FLOOR AND STAIRS ARE EXTREAMLY SLIPPERY WHEN WET . I REPORTED IT BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. THEY DID NOT SUPPLY MATS . WE HAD 2 SLIPS LUCKY NO SERIOUS INJURY . "

"The whole resort was very clean. They have also a nice public pool, though we used the private pool at or house. Our host was very friendly and react promptly on every question/wish we had. We got also good recommendations for restaurants. Also the guests in the neighbourhood have been very friendly"

"The staff at this property are so lovely! Kind and welcoming. The room we had was dreamy and the beach was gorgeous. We visited in July, unsure what to expect from the weather, and we enjoyed some blue sky! The breakfast was delicious and both the O and Breezes were high quality. Definitely a more up scale experience. Great memories! "

"This was great option on Koh Samet. There are several room types. We stayed in a deluxe room. There were no chairs or bench in the room only a bed There was benches outside on the patio bpir something in the room would be better. Breakfast was very good. Deinks ..well the forgot to put the rum in out pina coladas and the bar would not bill everything at the bar to our room. We asked reception and they said we could have . I would prefer a few more tables with regular chairs on the beach. Getting up and down from a bean bag on the beach if you are older. One party used all the chairs both evenings ao non was available for our party. I would stay there again bit make some adjustments"
