Chalet/Spa and private lake

In Chalabre (AUDE) at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the Cathar Country, furnished chalet of 35 m2 of capacity 6 beds with private SPA, in a very pleasant and peaceful site of 9 hectares with a view of the private lake of one hectare for fishing.
Close to the village and amenities.
The unheated 10x4 swimming pool is to be shared (open in June, July, August and September).
The chalet is equipped with a living room with 1 sofa bed (2 people) 1 TV, 1 mini-system, a kitchen area (crockery, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher) 1 table + 6 chairs, washing machine available in common area.
2 bedrooms:
1 double bed (140x190) PER ROOM.
AND IN EACH ROOM: 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
ON REQUEST in advance according to availability (cot, high chair and bath). The baby cot can only be installed in the living room.
Sheets, pillowcases, bath mats, pillows and blankets are provided.
Towels are not provided.
A 70 m2 terrace with private SPA, lower garden lounge, 2 sun loungers, 1 table + 6 chairs, 1 cantilever parasol, 1 awning, 1 gas pancha and its trolley.
Children's outdoor games: swings, slide, spring games.
Outdoor fitness for adults.
1 ping-pong table, petanque court.
Activities at 4 km:
- Lake Montbel: water sports (pedal boat, paddle,...) inflatable playground for children, creperie.
Hiking.
Visits in the surrounding area:
- Cathar castles (Montségur, Puivert, Lagarde,...)
- Dinosaur Museum,...
- The Monday market in Mirepoix (Ariège).
- 50 km away, Carcassonne and its Medieval City.
On arrival, the key to the chalet is given by the owner who lives on site.
