Our room has an amazing view and for the view alone totally worth booking for the cost. The hotel staff however was not very friendly and were not able to assist with a request to book a day pass. Very good breakfast and rooms were very clean and spacious.

This was our second stay with Little Hoi An Group, and once again we could not fault them. They truly make you feel like royalty. Thank you for having us!

Again as with all our other hotels we have stayed in Vietnam the staff was the high point

Room was very spacious for the one with double single beds but not so much for the one with one queensized bed. I found the toilet to be a little strange because the sink is outside (the tap is quite loud too) and there is nothing behind the sink. If you place your toiletries at the sink, it can fall and break (there isn't much space to place it elsewhere either). It made things rather inconvenient especially when someone uses the toilet while everyone else is sleeping... Breakfast was just ok. Service was ok, just that we waited quite a while for our luggages when they told us they would send it upstairs right away. I only got my luggages when I made a call to the reception.
