「酒店很有设计感」

「The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall decor and attention to detail were superb. I would definitely stay here again.」

「I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. I noticed some stains on the headboard, curtains, sofa cushions, and mattress cover, as well as some dust on the windows. The towels also had a mark. 「Overall good experience, very easy to check in」

「洗衣机没有刷卡」

「The hotel was very clean and nice however the room cleaning every other day should be changed to every day. When you leave your room to go enjoy your day you don’t want to return to a dirty room with used towels , trash and an un- made bed. Other than that our stay was great. Staff was very friendly, nice and pleasant.」

「Stayed here for two weeks on business and it went without a hitch. I had a colleague who selected to stay at an Air B&B and they weren’t nearly as happy with their choice. The hotel has everything you could possibly need for convenience and ease. My one and only complaint … please upgrade your tv remotes. Awfully bulky and slow BUT… 10/10, would stay here again.」

「The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.」

「The staff will proactively ask guests if they need any help. Please keep it up.」
