The recently renovated apartment has two bedrooms and a surface area of approximately 45 m² with a balcony and superb views of the various peaks in the valley.
Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.
🌳 OUTDOOR AREA
The apartment has a north-facing balcony with breathtaking views of the peaks, ideal for keeping cool during the summer.
🛋️ LIVING AREA
The living room includes a relaxation area, a television, an open kitchen, and a dining area.
The dining table seats 4.
🧑🏽🍳 EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable cooking: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc.
☕️ COFFEE
The apartment is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, and a few coffee pods will be offered to you upon your arrival.
🛏️ BEDROOMS
All linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
Bedroom 1: Upstairs. Has a double bed and storage space.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Has a double bed.
🛁 BATHROOM
The accommodation includes 1 bathroom. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, bath mat).
Bathroom 1: On the ground floor. Shower and sink.
A separate toilet is also located on the same level.
🎿 SKI / STORAGE AREA
A ski locker completes this property, and instructions for accessing it will be provided upon your arrival.

A private space is located in the property's parking lot.
You can access the apartment independently. However, we remain available for any questions before and during your stay.
The property is located in the heart of Chamonix. Located directly opposite the train station, this apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Public transport and the city center are within walking distance, and the nearest ski lifts are less than a 2-minute drive away, but you can also easily reach them on foot.
You will need to take stairs to access the property's bedrooms.
