Terraced house "Les Mazots de La Renardiere", surrounded by trees. In the district of Bossons, 4 km from the centre of Chamonix. For shared use: meadow 4'000 m2. Motor access to 200 m from the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Les Bossons" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, tennis 5.2 km, sports centre 5.1 km, skisport facilities 5 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Nearby attractions: Téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi 4 km, Train du Montenvers 5 km. There is a fast road 150 m up from the property, which is separated by a natural noise-reducing wall.
1-room terraced house 25 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery, ceiling height 150 - 215 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Electric heating. Small balcony, south facing position and south-west facing position. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n P (roofed). Please note: parking space for small car only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). 74056 001042 62

Ferienhaus sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schlecht gereinigt. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Bettbezüge dabei, jedoch gab es nur eine große Decke und wir hatten Bezüge für 2 normale Standard- Bettdecken dabei. Zudem waren der Kühlschrank und Räume in einem sehr ungepflegtem Zustand.
