Lovely property staying with our two kids, as they could run between the pool and beach all day and we could easily see them at all times. We hope to come back someday! The hotel is modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk from the Old Town while still being in a quieter area by the sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering great recommendations. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also appreciated the pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Crete. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view."

"Great stay at Hotel Kriti! The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was yummy, and the staff was wonderful. The pool was nice, too - a good place to relax and cool off. The location was good - beach, Old Town, and the harbor all within walking range. The room was very quiet - almost seemed soundproof. Would definitely stay at Hotel Kriti again."
