Swimming pool is amazing, and we spent a lot of the holiday lazing around sunbathing and having a cool dip. whether for adults or older children who can swim, the pool is large enough to have a good swim. “Yes, host was very accommodating. Met us there and gave us the rundown. I wouldn't change my rating for it but best to know that it is a long drive on winding mountain roads to get there. Once there though the place is quite unique and roomy. Definitely feel you are on a mountainous hillside in Crete - cats, goats donkeys and all! ”

“We had a fantastic week. If you're after privacy and away from the busy tourist areas, then villa Jokasta will deliver. The villa lived up to to it's description and did not disappoint. A hire/rental car is essential, and the roads to villa are an adventure. But, once at the villa the drive is soon forgotten.A small maintenance issue with 1 of the toilets. But as there are 3 bathrooms in the villa it really wasn't an inconvenience. An email to the owner to report the problem received a reply……
