Os quartos eram limpos. Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento excelente. Deixou a desejar no quarto a questão de roupa de cama, não havia lençol e sim apenas um sobre lençol, coberta eram mantas apenas. Além disso, ficamos sem estacionamento pelo hotel estar lotado, as vagas deveriam ser uma por quarto pelo menos, tivemos que deixar o veículo na rua.

Bom hotel.

Limpeza em geral é boa, mas azulejos do chuveiro precisam de mais atenção. Na garagem encontramos um pouco de lixo espalhado, mas deve ser falta de educação de alguns hóspedes. Café bom, sem exageros, mas deve atender a maioria dos gostos. Atendimento na recepção foi bom e rápido. Para quem gosta de assistir TV, há poucos canais. Não posso avaliar sinal de wifi, pois não usei.

Hotel é ok, padrão tri. Único problema é que tínhamos apenas 1 coberta no quarto e foi deixado apenas 1 toalha de banho. Demais, café ok, boa localização, com possibilidade de ir ao shopping andando.

Horrível

Péssima experiência, cama ruim, travesseiros em péssima condição de uso, atendentes do turno da noite extremamente mal educadas, em uma das noites o chuveiro não esquentou liguei na recepção pedindo que viessem ver o que estava acontecendo a atendente simplesmente disse que era normal isso acontecer e que eu deveria esperar.
