“The check-in staff were friendly but were not properly trained and charged us for the room when they should have charged the 3rd party. We ended up paying twice and had to keep coming back to get a refund. During hot weather, rooms at the back of the building should not be filled as they did not ever cool down or get a breeze. Our room was 26 degrees the entire night despite having a fan. The floors were loud and creaky and we were woken up multiple times by the loud floors. The restaurant……

“The hotel was terrible. We were supposed to stay seven nights. We only lasted 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned despite our requests. It was 27.5 degrees in the room while it was 25 degrees outside. Impossible to air out the room. On top of that, this hotel had the bright idea of placing our room next to a noisy road, even though we were staying 7 nights and were entitled to a quieter room with the possibility of airing it out. “Checked in to venue to be advised that the power would be off for the duration of the next day, a little forward notice would have been appreciated. No apology. Had to ask for an extra towel as only one left available for use. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable.”
