“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing.
A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room.
Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point.
I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic.
The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken.

“The suite itself was clean and reasonably comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were several practical issues that affected our overall experience.
Firstly, the car park was not located on-site. While the parking address was included in a separate email, this important detail was not clearly highlighted during booking. As a result, it was easy to overlook, and we only realised upon arrival that the parking was off-site. In addition, once parked, we were unable to drive in……
