"The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for breakfast, some trying to open the emergency exit—which triggered a loud alarm. The real issue started after 7 a.m, when the emergency exit began functioning as a regular door. Guests continuously came in and out, causing the door to slam shut every 2–3 minutes. The loud banging made it impossible to rest. It was truly exhausting and disrupted our rest completely. Getting a good night’s sleep is one of the main reasons to stay at a nice hotel, and sadly, that didn’t happen here. All in all, this property is ok—but if you're assigned room 126, 128, or any room near the emergency exit, request a room change to avoid a similar experience. "

"唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這"

"选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。 酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。 预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。 特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。 酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。 总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。"
