「the room space is just a bit small which is a little bit out of expectation (as the photos seen quite large) but the environment is still very good and the cleaning service is well done, receptionists are very nice as well. Good!」

We loved this unique boutique hotel which has been decorated & designed with care & passion. Local transport was brilliant & Southsea is a hidden blossoming gem which we’ll be back to see next year! 「Everything is in average. The hardware is definitely needed to be upgraded. Staff were nice. If you have plan to dine in their restaurant, be prepared to be very patient for waiting, however food was nice.」

「A very historic old hotel with an excellent location and a 3-minute walk to the attractions you are interested in. Strangely, the parking lot downstairs is not the hamilton hotel, but its sister hotel. So drivers have to go to the paid parking lot behind the hotel. It's a little inconvenient.」

「Room ok, but peeling paper above window and broken window catches and broken lamp shade by bed (window side). Bathroom needed a plug for the sink, mould on ceiling above the bath/shower and mastic should have been removed from the tiles (near sink and over bath) where soap dispensers had been removed. No brandy at the bar. Chips supplied with meal were luke warm (nobody came to ask if things were OK). Had to ask for full breakfast to be reheated. Stayed here before, so rather disappointed this...
