This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. *If needing early check-in or late check-out please DO NOT ask until the day before check-in at earliest due possible last minute rentals. If you absolutely NEED it, I would suggest renting the night prior*

- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
