  • Summary:

    4 Tully Alley

    The Space:

With Upper King Street's fantastic dining and nightlife only one block away, this home is ideally located for your next couples' trip or getaway with friends near the heart of downtown Charleston. This home is wonderfully positioned on a cobblestone alley in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Charleston, so you can leave your car in the provided off-street parking space and easily get around on foot. Head one block east to enjoy some of Charleston's best dining and nightlife - including The Ordinary - on King Street, or stroll southward on King to pass by Marion Square and a wealth of shops, restaurants, galleries, and other attractions on your way downtown. Liberty Square, where you can hop on board a boat to Fort Sumter, is one mile east, while the Historic Charleston City Market is one mile southeast.

Spacious yet cozy, modern yet charming, this home is full of high ceilings, hardwood floors, and thoughtful updates such as stainless steel kitchen appliances, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. Come home from your city explorations to unwind on the small patio, share appetizers and wine at the kitchen table, or gather on the two living area sofas to watch TV in the inviting ambience of the gas fireplace.

Fabulous historic house near King Street. This house was a beautiful home full of historic charm. Very comfortable and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. My only recommendation would be to provide shades that pull all the way down in the master bedroom. Everything else was perfect!! I highly recommend this property.

The house is very charming and large enough for the 5 of us to be comfortable. The interior is a little tired and could stand to be freshen up a little. That is the reason for not giving highest star rating, Besides that we enjoyed our stay. I would love to know the age and history of the house. I would book the house again and recommend it to othersParking is challenging if you drive a large suv but I managed. And the listing did state that the parking was tight,

This is a gem of a find! A perfect mix of affordability, location and charm. Just a block off King street with its fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is exactly the type of charming residence one hopes to experience in historic Charleston. It is well stocked with thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Incredibly clean, the colonial charm pervades this home while simultaneously offering modern comforts.

Parking was a little tight because I drive a larger vehicle. Getting in and out of the alley was tough. But the property was adorable and cozy.
