The host demonstrated exceptional service, the location was conveniently near downtown. The accommodation was aesthetically pleasing. Numerous excellent dining options are easily accessible by foot.
Great place to stay!! It was very clean and a great place to stay. The street noise was just a little loud for someone who isn’t from the city. Other than that it was great!!
Took my two teenage daughters to Charleston to celebrate a birthday. We had a great stay at Mint-to-be! Very clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, including tupperware. A very easy check in process, so happy to have a parking spot at the end of each day. Mint-to-be definitely had an old house vibe but it went perfect with the whole experience. The water pressure was low in the shower but it didn’t affect us at all and I have teen girls. A very cool place to stay.

Lacking comfort
Our stay was okay for the 2 nights we were there. The sheets were rough feeling(like hospital sheets), wine glasses in the cabinet were sticky with lipstick on them and the streets on which the unit is located is very loud past 10pm with loud music and sirens all night long. Beware that the unit only has 1 parking spot, so if your family has more than 1 car you will need to find a parking garage to park your other vehicle/s. Our check in was easy and they responded quickly to our question about additional parking.
Very nice, clean place, close to King street. The only thing that can be a nuisance when traveling with a baby is that neighborhood is a bit loud at night
The property was absolutely lovely and charming. The owner was very gracious and prompt with communications. I’ve already recommended this property to relatives.
Porch swing was great. Very close to purple line free bus which connects to downtown free bus. Convenient!! Clean and very easy check in and check out.

Charleston Jewel
Suite was close to downtown, food and attractions. Side porch was relaxing and enjoyable, it allow the ambience of time gone by to be experienced. There was some noise on Sunday due to the Trauma Center, but the rest of the stay was quiet. The Suite was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
Very clean, nice location, the only suggestion/issue was there was no way to hang out in a small group on the couch. The dining table takes up a lot of space and felt it would be better served to have a much smaller table with a bigger couch so we could relax and converse.

Very LOUD, Not Super Convenient
Cute house and for the most part clean, but the neighborhood is VERY LOUD!!! We didn't sleep at all while we were there. Sirens all night from the ambulances (hospital is nearby), police car sirens buzzing past on the road next to the house, you can hear the guests all around you partying all night and we could hear the folks upstairs walking around. The house was pretty clean, except for the couch. The couch had some dog/cat hair on it and it smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Same with the porch swing. Also, the handle on the toilet was totally broken upon arrival so we had to wait a day for the maintenance folks to come fix it. It was fixed, but not great. Shower water pressure so so. Internet/cable lines came down in the storm so we couldn't get out of the parking lot. Since it was the weekend, it wasn't fixed by the time we left and we had to jump a curb to get out. The property managers were easy to communicate with, but you just don't want to have any issues when you are on vacation. Also, it is quite a bit of a walk to any decent restaurants or shops. We thought there were more coffee shops and nicer places on Spring St., but it was about a 25-50 minute walk to any of the places we were going. This may be a great place for younger folks wanting to party, but not so much for adults wanting to enjoy a good night's rest, shopping and dining in Charleston.
Booking was easy. The apartment was very clean. Loved the porch great place to relax after whirlwind days of sightseeing. It is a historic home the walls are not insulated and the noise from other guests carries. You hear people up and down the steps at all hours and toilet flushing. The location was very good. Restaurants and bars and boutiques within 1.5 miles. I would probably choose this home again.
Getting lost in Charleston the retreating back to this beautiful Southern apartment was a dream. Wish I lived there! Fast communication, easy all around. Highly recommend staying here and working with this company.
Very convenient location. Walked to most everything. Charleston City Market less than 2 miles away. Lots of mirrors in the house. Easy to get dressed and apply makeup in the bedroom and free up the bathroom for someone else to shower. It’s the little things...

Beautiful unit but noisy location
Spacious two bedroom that is well appointed. Kitchen counters had not been wiped down but, more importantly, I found it hard to sleep through the night. The rental was located by a noisy corner with loud music coming from cars waiting for the light to change. And, something I’ve never encountered before, the unit was about a half block from a hospital trauma unit with a landing pad for medivac helicopters. There were several helicopters landing and taking off each night and they kept me up or woke me up each night with their loud propellers. If you are a sound sleeper you’ll be fine but I was not.
