Wonderful short stay

Our family enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend trip. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect to the beach and all the restaurants/bars. Would recommend and we will be back.

Excellent Location

Condo was great. Balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walking distance to beach and shopping/dining. Covered parking was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo needs some work

Overall condo was good but was very musty smelling. The grout in the hall bath is crumbling and there were several areas that need paint and updated. Porch furniture was very rusted. Location was amazing and the view great.

Great vacay spot at Folly!

We loved this condo! It was super roomy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! The pool was great and just walk across the street to the beach. We were blessed with great weather. I never even got in the car all week, as everything was walkable. Would highly recommend!!

Close to Everything

We've stayed in multiple units in Pavillion Watch and we always enjoy our stay. The units are close to the beach as well as the action on Center Street. Fireworks for the new year could be seen from our balcony! Would stay here again (and again, and again...)!!

Nice condo close to beach and Charleston

Condo is as advertised, stayed for a week during Spring Break 2022. Nice location, just across from the beach and downtown Charleston is just 20 mins drive. We readily recommend this condo.

Great place

Our stay was great however when leaving we discovered that the mattresses in the first two rooms as you enter the unit were terribly urine stained. Also the bed on the right was uncomfortable because the mattress sags in the middle. The unit was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The location was great too!

Great view and walking distance to everything we needed

Great for our grandkids and adults. We cooked in once a day and kitchen was well stocked. Bunk bed was my only concern with small children, would love 2 twins instead. Locked ourselves out and was resolved with a quick phone call to a great employee. Would stay again.
