Everything was perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment was lovely! It was very clean, spacious and perfectly located. We enjoyed drinking coffee each morning on the balcony, overlooking the ocean, and watching the sunset from the living room or balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans.It’s steps from the beach, along with many restaurants, bars, shops and ice cream. The unit came with convenient parking so we never once had to worry about finding parking for the beach or town.

Wonderful short stay

Our family enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend trip. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect to the beach and all the restaurants/bars. Would recommend and we will be back.

Excellent Location

Condo was great. Balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walking distance to beach and shopping/dining. Covered parking was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette Group Trip

We had a small get together with some of our closest friends for a bachelorette get together and it was WONDERFUL! perfectly comfortable for 7 people and just a street away from the beach. great dining and shopping places only a walk away, it could’ve have been better!

Great vacay spot at Folly!

We loved this condo! It was super roomy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! The pool was great and just walk across the street to the beach. We were blessed with great weather. I never even got in the car all week, as everything was walkable. Would highly recommend!!

Spacious and convenient

Extremely convenient location with plenty of room to spread out with friends and family. Large tvs in each room was a great feature! Big deck with ocean view great space for morning coffee

Great price for the location

Perfect condo for your family or friends. Ocean view even though its across the street. My only complaint is in the pictures it shows a hot tub near the pool which i was looking forward to since i have back pain. The condo is fully stocked and ill be staying her again and again.

Close to Everything

We've stayed in multiple units in Pavillion Watch and we always enjoy our stay. The units are close to the beach as well as the action on Center Street. Fireworks for the new year could be seen from our balcony! Would stay here again (and again, and again...)!!

Condo needs some work

Overall condo was good but was very musty smelling. The grout in the hall bath is crumbling and there were several areas that need paint and updated. Porch furniture was very rusted. Location was amazing and the view great.

Great place

Our stay was great however when leaving we discovered that the mattresses in the first two rooms as you enter the unit were terribly urine stained. Also the bed on the right was uncomfortable because the mattress sags in the middle. The unit was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The location was great too!

Great location, nice place to stay.

This condo exceeded our expectations. it is a nice dwelling and it was bigger than I had originally thought. Right next to all of the action on the main strip, but never too loud inside. Right across the street from there beach! We enjoyed our family trip at this rental and I would recommend it to others. Response from MyOceanRental: It was a pleasure hosting your group. Ideal place to stay on Folly Beach

Highly recommended! Parking for 2 cars. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to. One block from the main st in town. One block to ocean. One block to pier. Very clean. Ocean view large deck/porch. Well maintained pool. Jacuzzi tub. Full size washer and dryer. Only thing I’d change would be more storage for bunk bed room. There was a closet but couldn’t be used due to stuff stored in it. Sheets included with beds made. 2 towels per person. Elevators available. Far exceeded our expectations. Communication with rental agency prompt and helpful.

Outstanding

We were blessed with beautiful weather and because of the condo location we were able to walk to the beach every day and also had convenient access to all of the town vendors. The condo was well prepared for our arrival and we found several items that were convenient for us. We were very comfortable in the unit and found our rooms and all other areas spacious and comfortable.Our only complaint was that someone who had used the condo previously had not cleaned the coffee filter and the old filter and basket were moldy.All together a very enjoyable experience. Dirty dishes, dirty walls, beds with bodily fluid stains and roaches

We stay at pavillion watch every year. This particular condo was very dirty and had roaches in the bedroom. The furniture was used and abused and 2 out of 3 beds had bodily fluid stains on them. The condo looked as if someone had bought thrift store furniture and threw it all together just to have furniture. All the dishes were dirty and i had to reclean them just to use them. I had also asked if this condo was situated over the pool and they said yes. It is not directly over the pool. I messaged my ocean rentals through the text they provided and they never responded. If they had a new cleaning crew and newer furniture this place would be great. The only positive thing i can say is the master bed slept amazing. I had a failed spinal fusion and havent slept all night in 2 years until i slept in that bed. If they would have responded to my concerns i wouldnt have put this review up. I just wish they would have responded. I have pics of everything if someone wants to see them
