Family and friends enjoyed a great trip to Charleston. Wonderful house in a convenient location. Host was quick with any communication, and the house was as advertised. A few blocks from King St. And walkable to the Citadel for us, the location was key. Rooftop outside area was a plus.
Loved the property! Great location and neighborhood. We walked everywhere during the day and took an Uber home if we were out after dark. Bistronomy, Barsa, and Leon's are a few places we loved close to the house. We also walked further downtown to 82 Queen and Bar167. The only time I took the car out of it's space was to go to Obstinate Daughter on Sullivan's Island.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms but, it was fixed quickly. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. We will be back soon!

Thanks for the property manager for working with us last minute after getting double booked at another property. Our stay was terrific - place is beautifully renovated and the owner is super nice. Our daughter enjoyed her tour at college of Charleston & our long weekend here.
Everything was good except the wifi isn’t strong enough the tv did work and they were painting the outside and they had bags over the window that when the wind blew it made noise at night …. Location perfect rest of amenities perfect
The location of this property is amazing. It is very close to King street and there is a restaurant and small grocery store right across the street. Unfortunately there were a few negatives for the house. 1. the fourth bed which was a futon had no sheets so if you plan on using this bed like we did make sure to bring your own. 2. the chairs on the upstairs porch were all broken so we couldnt really sit out there. 3. the wifi and internet in general was incredibly poor. 4. the lights tripped on the third floor so the bathroom light a few others stopped functioning and we could not un-trip the breaker. Fortunately we were not in the house too often but the times we were, we didn't really want to be there. Also the had some decks of cards and puzzles but if you like board games make sure to bring your own.

Independence Day in Charleston
Overall the unit was very clean. It was a little further from the action (king street and others) than I expected, but doable. We had an issue with a clogged tub and there was someone on site within the hour to resolve the issue (wonderful and polite young man). The neighborhood was a little different than I expected. We were next door to a dilapidated house. But, I would likely stay there again if the price was better (not holiday weekend pricing). For the price - I would have wanted something nicer - but understand it was a holiday weekend.
The house is very nice and in a great location, but does need additional amenities. The cookware and silverware isn’t sufficient for a family of 6 and definitely needs some resupplying. Also, there were no cleaning supplies to wipe down counters, oven, etc. and I had to go out and purchase them. There wasn’t a broom, but when I contacted the agency they brought one over by the end of the day, so kudos to them. The agency is amazing in their response time. They get back to you immediately. The furniture isn’t exactly comfortable and one couch doesn’t recline because it’s completely cut in half! Lol I assume it had to be cut to get it up the stairs. One complaint I do have, is that the people in the unit below decided to have their car detailed one day and as a result we were prevented from going anywhere for over 4 hours. They totally blocked off the entrance and prevented us from leaving the property. It was ridiculous and we could not believe it! So we were essentially held hostage for an entire afternoon and could not go visit any sites, go shopping, etc. How is this even allowed to happen? Other than that, it was clean, it is in a good location and would recommend staying here- with added amenities.
