Perfect getaway!

This was a perfect place for us! So close to the beach and beautiful walking/bike paths. So close to IOP and Sullivan’s Island restaurants. Well equipped condo with everything you need to cook meals as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great week of sun at Flip Flop Fun

We had a great time this week at Tidewater Flip Flop Fun. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable week. The view of the pool and ocean were amazing as well. We look forward to returning again!

Clean and beautiful location. Loved it.

It was the perfect choice for our trip. Every morning and evening was spent on the patio drinking coffee enjoying looking and listening to and at the surf.

Great stay!

My old college roommates and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all four of us. The location is perfect! The space was extremely clean and well stocked, also beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again! The screened porch was our absolute favourite!

Great stay at the beach!

Loved this place - location, quality of accommodations, access to the beach all terrific. Everything in the listing was accurate and the communication with the property manager was great. Wine and cookies was a nice touch. Perfect for one or two couples. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a great time! Beautifully decorated condo! Loved that there were two porches…..one that you could sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean and the other that you could leave beach chairs and coolers on so not to drag sand indoors. The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice welcoming touch! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Flip flop fun was fantastic!

I would definitely return to this property. It was clean and cozy . The two porches, one with a view of the ocean, were a great addition. Great location, great amenities.

Well kept

Very well kept, clean and organized condo. It was in a beautiful area, very calm and relaxing. The only thing missing for us was a hot tub as it got a little chilly at night!

AMAZING STAY

We visit the area several times a year from NY as our daughter attends college in SC. This has by far, been our favorite place. Wonderful spot with an ocean and pool view. Very clean, beautiful home with everything you need at your fingertips. Our hosts were extremely kind, helpful and easy to reach after we arrived. Additionally, the front gate security was tremendously courteous and professional. We will most definitely stay again without hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful stay!I’m

Great location!

We stayed here for a long weekend. The unit was as described. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. The building itself is showing its age and the sound travels easily between floors. Loved the porch and peaceful walks in the neighborhood and on the beach.

Would book again and again!

My husband and I have been vacationing on Isle of Palms for 5 years now, staying at a different rental each time, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed in so far. We've even stayed at the resort/ hotel, and this still beats it. As a family of four with a toddler and an infant, this condo was perfect. The size and location were perfect, and everything was cleaned very nicely. We had extra towels and bedding, and never felt like we needed more. Overall, the condo was beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice!

Easy Trip & Great Communication

Our stay at Flip Flop Fun was just what we needed! The condo met the expectations set by the descriptions & photos. The access to the pool and the beach was SUPER easy. We had 2 teenagers with us and we found that the 2 King beds & 2 baths to be a good setup for us to all have our own space (and our own TVs 😊). I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning. We ate several meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. I had a lot of questions as I was planning our activities and the host was very prompt in their responses. We also had great communication with them during our stay. We would book with iTrip again.

Perfect for sunrise walks

Cookies and wine when we walked in the door started our week off on the perfect note. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the ease of just relaxing. Everything in the condo was easy to find and it was much roomier than expected. With 3 cooks we were able to all use the kitchen at the same time. We were able to quickly run into Charleston for the day and get some work done but also stay on the Island and enjoy the beach on the other days. We enjoyed the ease of getting to a restaurant but also utilized the close Harris Teeter. Loved the way all the light switches were labeled to make life easier and the little helpful notes allowed us to relax and not search through instructions online. It was 2 bed, 2 bedroom perfect. Not sure that we would have liked using the pull out couch as a 3rd bed but can see that it would be great for others. Once we figured out how to use the rain/multi head showers they were great and even still warm after all of us took showers.

Good location

5 stars based on the couple of questions u are asked to rate. But there are a few things to note about this property. First and foremost, this is an amazing place to take your family. The pool is actually pretty nice. There are some steps on one end to get in if you need that. There is a covered seating area if you prefer not to sit in the sun and there is a grill. U can walk straight out from the pool to the trail that leads to the beach. There are 2 hoses there to spray the sand off yourself. IDK if that's what they mean when they say "outdoor shower" because I never found an actual shower, just the hoses. But they were very useful. It was never crowded when we were there. There is a pretty cool pool up at the sweetgrass hotel and the path to the beach from there is paved almost the whole way instead of sand if you need that. From the condo, it is a very short walk to the beach. If I was timing it from a starting point of inside the condo, I would say a 5 minute walk, maybe. That's with shutting the door and going down the stairs and all that. If you were jogging, it might take you 45 seconds to be at the ocean. But you are walking in sand past the pool area for those with mobility issues. The condo itself is pretty good, albeit outdated. The elevator is old and the wood on the walkways needs replaced. The wooden slatted blinds were no doubt expensive,
