1st floor of a duplex. 1250 SF. The bedrooms (and full bathrooms) are located on opposite sides of the single floor unit . Large living room, fireplace , smart tv with YouTube TV, breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill and an outdoor table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

This property is exactly as was described when we looked at it on line. We had stayed there last year and my sister in-law had booked it. I would highly recommend this property for its location and the comfort level it offers. The neighbors are very friendly and it is very peaceful.

The house was comfortable and nice. Loved having a backyard and bbq. Would have liked to have a drip coffee pot, a sharp knife and a small teflon ftying pan. Otherwise great. The host was very helpful when we had a tv problem. She was really nice. Great bbq restaurant near by and a grocery store

Great Property!!

This home was absolutely amazing!! Everything about it was great from the furniture to the beach towels. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Charleston and the surrounding area. It is a short drive to both Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, and Folly Beach!! Thank for your hospitality!! Had a great visit!!

Great Place To Stay In Charleston

Awesome and clean duplex that’s not far from DT Charleston. There is an amazing diner within walking distance that we went to for breakfast every morning. Would stay here again.

Visit to James Island for Holiday Festival of Lights

The property is in an excellent location. Close to downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, and County Parks. Many restaurants within walking distance. Bonus a park just a few houses awayaway!
