Unfortunately, Saturday night another guest did something that set off the fire alarm. We understand how upsetting this can be however, we are extremely happy the system worked properly to ensure everyone's safety. As for the gentleman blasting their music, yes, we agree, this is unacceptable. They were asked to turn it down but as you are well aware, they returned several times.
