Walking distance to the Convention Center and the uptown commercial area. Great Location.

The Space:
Modern kitchen, stylish wood plank flooring, and panoramic views of the city. saltwater pool, rooftop lounge, a dog park, a state-of-the-art fitness center is available to our guests.

The Neighborhood:
The location is unbeatable. Centrally located and walking distance to most of the destinations.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5-day stay. Restrictions apply.

Parking is available onsite which cost $20 per day per car and reservation is needed.

We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It may be possible that the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartments are the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are accepting of the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment to which they are allotted, and they will not stake any claim for the mismatch of the photos.

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints.

"We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after guest's departure.

A refundable security deposit of up to $500 might be asked upon booking. The property host will contact you directly.

Please do not go to the leasing office, instead, directly call the customer hotline number for any concerns.

Payment Schedule:
We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.

Additional Fee:
• Admin Fee: 18% of the rent
• Service fee: 3.5% of the total

OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS: If you pay via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App we will give you a discount.

We manage multiple units—some have a sofa bed, others have a sofa chair with an air mattress. If a sofa bed is preferred, please message us to confirm availability.

Beware of Penguins

Terrible communication. Property manager cancelled my reservation while we were on the way there without notice or valid reason. No invoice was sent but cancelled allegedly for nonpayment of balance. Emailed repeatedly to pay and get checkin peocess with no response. Rented the property out from under me days before, leaving us to scramble for a room. Left with inferior choices for more money. Never again.
