Stay in a wonderful private residence close to center city! A classic Southern home that's been lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in Charlotte's coolest and most desirable neighborhood. A short walk to countless bars, restaurants, and breweries. Less than a mile to center city, close to all major freeways,

The Space:
in a beautiful neighborhood, with a true southern front porch. Live like a local and stay in wonderful home near all the action. Easily one of the best Airbnb's in the city. This is a wonderful home located in one of Charlotte's best neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard has a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a barbeque grill. The home has 4 bedrooms, all with high quality queen beds. It can easily accommodate 8 people. There are 2 full bathrooms in the home. Recently modeled and super clean. You'll have access to the entire home. There is a large driveway (4-5 cars) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. Prior to you arrival, you'll receive a unique 4-digit code that unlocks the front door :) I am available for questions or help at any time. Contact me as much or as little as you'd like :) One of the most fun and best located neighborhoods in the entire city. You'll be close to everything and a short walk to downtown Plaza Midwood - one of Charlotte's premier nightlife scenes. Less than a mile to center city, with easy access to everything Charlotte has to offer. Walk, Uber, drive, rent a scooter, or rent a bike. Tons of options. It's truly a great neighborhood with all the amenities of downtown city living :)

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home. There is a large driveway (4-5 cars) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. Prior to you arrival, you'll receive a unique 4-digit code that unlocks the front door :)

The Neighborhood:
One of the most fun and best located neighborhoods in the entire city. You'll be close to everything and a short walk to downtown Plaza Midwood - one of Charlotte's premier nightlife scenes. Less than a mile to center city, with easy access to everything Charlotte has to offer.

Getting Around:
Walk, Uber, drive, rent a scooter, or rent a bike. Tons of options. It's truly a great neighborhood with all the amenities of downtown city living :)

Great house, quiet neighborhood, good restaurants

Nice Quiet neighborhood. Good location in Midwood location. Clean house, comfortable beds and all the basics in the kitchen. Close to restaurant ( if you like BBQ Sweet Lou’s was great) and we walked to the armory stadium for a game.

For the most part all went well. Check-in was good and information was sent in a timely manner. The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. We had a minor issue of the smart TV not connecting one day… The host responded to our inquires and even sent a Fire Stick and passwords. If I had to suggest anything…perhaps putting televisions in the bedrooms as there was only 1 television. I would also suggest putting some shower accessories. We enjoyed the place and would book again!

Awesome house for girlfriends.

We had the nicest time at this beautiful house. It was super clean. The bedrooms and baths were very well appointed. The front porch and outside seating was where we spent most of our time. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Charming Stay in Charlotte!

I booked this property last minute due to a change in travel plans and I am SO glad I did! The property was extremely charming and it truly felt like a home away from home. I had never stayed in that part of Charlotte before so I was a little nervous, but it felt safe, the street was quiet, and it was just a quick drive to downtown. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I wish it would have been longer than just one night!!

Convenient and Quaint

Don’t hesitate to book this craftsman cottage! It’s a convenient location to the mall, the Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the downtown area, and yet, it was such a quaint area. We were even walking distance from a coffee shop. The girls enjoyed riding their scooters on the sidewalk, rocking on the front porch, and lounging in the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a restful night of sleep. Thank you so much for hosting us! We will be back!

A Top-Choice Stay!

Where do I begin? I have stayed at various locations while traveling, but this one stands out. From the moment we stepped into this VBRO, it felt like we won the vacation home lottery! Firstly, a big shoutout for the cleanliness and comfort - 5 stars aren't enough! Now, let's talk about those beds. I've slept on clouds less comfy than those mattresses! I half-expected a fairy tale character to knock on the door and ask if they could have their magical bed back. The ample towels and linens made us feel like royalty. And that coffee? I think it's brewed from magic beans or something because each morning felt enchanted. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable with these delightful touches. If you're reading this and considering booking, don't think twice. You'll thank me later! I almost forgot, but the host's customer service and response time were exceptional. Perfect house!

My family loved this house! Wonderful location close to shops, restaurants and downtown Charlotte. The kitchen was fully stocked - there was even an electric kettle (very important for British people like myself so we can make tea!). The house was clean - soft bedding and lots of fluffy towels. Off street parking and a lovely porch for relaxing. This really is a gem and I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely deserves five star ratings.

Great house in a great location.

Four of us rented this house while we were in town for Memorial Day weekend. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean house in a hip, safe neighborhood. Close to breweries, eateries, etc. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again if we're ever in Charlotte.

Great location

Enjoyed the location of this cute house. We could walk to several restaurants and the ice cream shop! Was a good starting point for us for going to Carowinds and the US National Whitewater center. Loved the set up of the home, with 2 bedrooms for the kids on one side.
