“This was the worst and most disappointing experience I have had as a Hilton Honors member. I informed the staff that the room felt dirty, but they dismissed my concern. They told me that because I reported the issue more than an hour after check-in, they would need to take pictures and send them to the manager before doing anything. However, I had left the room only 10 minutes after arrival because the Wi-Fi was not working and I needed internet access. I did not use the room; I simply dropped……
