Welcome to Queen City and to this stunning and modern 4-bedroom 2-bathroom townhouse located in the vibrant Belmont neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the eclectic NoDa area. This fully-furnished and renovated townhouse features an open living and kitchen area perfect for both hosting and relaxing.

As you arrive at the front of the townhouse, you will be greeted by a well-maintained front yard with lush landscaping and exquisite architectural details. The charming front porch is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the stunning surroundings.

Step inside this cozy and luxurious townhouse and you will notice the custom-made furniture and attention to detail throughout. The living room is beautifully decorated with a spacious and comfortable sofa, a stylish accent chair, and plenty of natural light. As you head towards the dining and kitchen area, you'll find a modern wooden table ideal for sharing home-cooked meals or takeout from one of the nearby local eateries.

This townhouse offers four spacious bedrooms, all beautifully decorated with high-quality linens and plenty of closet space for your convenience. The two modern and elegantly designed bathrooms feature all the amenities you would expect from a luxury vacation home rental.

The expansive backyard and front porch are perfect for enjoying quality time with family and friends or hosting a small gathering. Location-wise, this townhouse is a dream come true, with the Light Rail Station just a few blocks away and all the charming hotspots, including trendy breweries, stylish boutiques, delicious restaurants, and parks like Cordelia Park and Optimist Hall, just a short stroll away.

Things to know
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
• A valid state ID or driver’s license will be required upon booking.
• There is a security camera on the property.
• Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
House rules
• Local Residents: Guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host prior to booking. Additional restrictions may apply.
• No Parties or Illegal Activity: House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
• Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at an additional ($130+ Tax) fee.
The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation.
One pet (25 pound maximum limit) per unit max.
All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property.
Violations may result in a *$500 fee plus additional cleaning charges. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us in advance of their stay.

Charming old home in an up and coming neighborhood

This older home has a lot of charm, and a lot of upgrades. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood and used the light rail system just a few blocks down the road. Traffic noise was pretty loud in the master bedroom, and the maintenance & upkeep on a house this old is always a work in progress, but overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Cozy and Close to Uptown

House was very cute, clean, and comfortable. There are many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The only down side is that it is located on a busy street, and there is a lot of road noise. You'll definitely want whoever takes the front bedroom (with the king bed) to be able to tune out the traffic.

This is a house with lots of character, lots of room, comfortable furniture and beds, and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice House Near NoDa

This house is a converted 2 family. It’s very nicely renovated. The master bedroom is in the front opposite the living room. The second bedroom is opposite the dining area and has 2 big beds. The third bedroom is in the back and has its own large bath, and there’s a second shared bath adjacent. It makes sense that the baths are in the back together as the house was once divided. The master bedroom is so pretty but it’s too bad it lacks it’s own bath, even though it’s understandable. I would urge the owners to install curtains in the master bedroom. There’s a lot of light from the street at night and the street has cars zooming by until quite late. If I were to stay there again, I’d consider taking the back bedroom and putting my kid in the front. The location is pretty good otherwise. Charlotte is growing and I’m sure in the future the location will be stellar. If it was my house, I’d put a pool in the big yard and maybe make that back bedroom the master— expand it and expand the deck. Fun to think about! Thanks.

Central location

The home was clean and comfortable. It had a large backyard with a fireplace and grill. It rained our entire stay so we could not enjoy the yard. The home had a large kitchen with a large refrigerator, washer and dryer, microwave and stove. When we experienced a small issue, the owner responded quickly.
