Wonderful House!

We recently stayed in this home for a work trip and loved it. The house is very well maintained, spacious, and has an excellent location. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Charlotte!

Beautiful home with everything you need!

This home was very spacious, very comfortable and well maintained and Teri was extremely responsive and communicated everything we needed clearly and effectively. She anticipated our needs so that any questions were already answered. My family had a wonderful stay and I recommend this home A++. We will definitely stay here again.

Family reunion success

There were several of us who gathered from across the country for our first family reunion. Perfect location and great accomodations. There was an issue with the AC that arose, and it was taken care of immediately. The host was very responsive with communication before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend this location and host.

Beautiful Home

Home was just as listed. The only issues were the hair. It was hair in the shower and on the shower walls. The bathroom floor as well as behind the tub. The absolute only issue. I didn’t inform the owners because we cleaned it up but we had a great stay. We rented both properties that were side by side. As we had a large group with us to attend Carowinds. We would definitely stay here again 🍾🤗🎢.

Perfect home for a family trip!

We rented Teri's home to visit family in Charlotte for Christmas and it was a perfect fit for our family! Teri is an exceptional host and was extremely responsive. The house was clean, the location is great and the house had everything we need. We definitely recommend this house and Teri for future visits and we hope we can stay here on all future visits to Charlotte.

Great House for a family trip

This was a perfect home for our family, we had 5 members down for a wedding and we had plenty of room for sleeping and great space for gathering. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook breakfast and we cooked on New Years Day for the newlyweds who came over. All in all Teri was wonderful and the home was great! Thanks for making our weekend wonderful

Tennis Tournament Trip

Our group of eight adults were in town for the usta state championships. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and appliances were modern and everything was perfect for cooking and eating in. Bathrooms, towels and bedding were clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable. There is a roomy deck with plenty of seating. We had several conversations with Terry and Barbara, and they were helpful and always answered quickly and were very friendly. This is a top notch house and operation. We look forward to staying again, and often! -Howard

Wonderful Comfortable Stay in Charlotte!

Our stay at Teri's home was wonderful! The home was very clean and quite comfortable. Hubby and I especially loved the fact that the Master bedroom was located on the first floor. It was very roomy and had an equally roomy master bathroom with a huge walk in closet available to us. Another thing to note is that the home is well located nearby 2 grocery stores ---a "Harris Teeter" and an "Earth Fare" are within minutes. The latter is a specialty natural organic grocery store and full-service supermarket. It's wonderful for anyone in your group that has any special dietary needs! The kitchen was well stocked. There were 2 coffee makers (a regular maker as well as a Keurig), a toaster, and even a crockpot which we used for a great relaxing dinner for everyone for one evening there. There was enough comfortable seating there also while we made use of both the kitchen and dining room areas. Our hostess, Teri, was a very accomadating and responsive hostess to all our needs from day one! She was courteous and responded within minutes of any of our inquiries. We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home! Highly recommended for anyone needing to be at this lovely location!

Perfect house for the occasion

The house was perfectly situated near the resort golf course so for a group of men looking for a nice place to stay for a overnight golf trip, this was a perfect place.

Great home for a gathering

We rented Teri's home to host our daughter's first birthday party for friends and family in the Charlotte area. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Guests had ample room to visit in the living room, kitchen and deck. We utilized the Party City, Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter that were all close to the home. The downstairs master suite has a huge, gorgeous bathroom. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious and tastefully decorated. We set up the portable crib in the tv room on the second floor. This house fit our needs perfectly. It is a great space for a gathering of family and/or friends. All of our guests were impressed with the home. The host, Teri, is quick to respond to emails and very welcoming. She had made a cute, little sign on a chalkboard that said, "Happy Birthday" waiting for us upon arrival.
