The Mansion, Villa Heights Apartment is a mid-century modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath multi-family unit completely renovated in 2020, just minutes from NoDa. The home includes wood floors throughout, new custom cabinets, appliances, & more. Furnished by West Elm™, the Master has a queen bed with spacious hall bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed as well. Bringing a furry friend, our private dog park located on site is perfect for them to run around in!

Great location!

Great location. Overall very satisfied. Unfortunately the grass hadn’t been mowed in several months so this is difficult since we brought our pet. Additionally there was little to no silverware for cooking.

A Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed here for 2 months while our house was finished being built, and we loved every moment of it! The hosts were so responsive and really accommodated us and all of our needs. The neighborhood was extremely walkable with easy walks to both NODA and Plaza. An although it was so close to all the action it was very quiet on the street. The property itself was very thoughtfully decorated an cozy. Great location, Great host, Great House. 10/10 would recommend to anyone !

Perfect little getaway for the week. Close to a lot of restaurants, museums, etc. Downtown but in a safe area.

OK but not great with a few big issues

The location was in an area that is being revitalized but not all the way there yet. We had an awful expereince duirn one night where someone pulled up to the adjacent parking spot with their lights shining into my bedroom and then proceeded to violently and loudly throw up for an hour and then drove off. In addition, the wifi never worked and the TV ran off the wifi so there was no TV. Overall, not a great experience.

All you need

Great stay. Very conveniently located to multiple parts of town with great restaurants. Felt safe and comfortable walking the dog around the neighborhood. Covered all the bases for 2 people.

Nicely Staged Apartment

Small but comfortable apartment for a party of four and a dog. Outdoor area is not fenced or connected to the apartment itself. Nice and tidy with lots of closet space.

Ideal Location

A clean and functional 2BR rental perfect for a short family or business trip. The neighborhood is perfect for easy access to restaurants in Plaza Midwood or getting onto the Greenway Trail. One parking spot situated adjacent to the entrance. The only area for improvement would be better and more kitchen utensils (plates, cups, pots).

Lovely home in NoDa!

Wonderful stay! Clean and comfortable with great amenities! Enjoyed the decor, smart TVs, kitchen, and yard. Highly recommend to future guests. I enjoyed the Mansion Life app which allowed me to unlock from my phone. For guests with pets, be sure to message the host beforehand to understand the pet rules as they were not and included on the listing prior to booking.
