This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 12; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The wood stove in this home is not functional and for aesthetic purposes only.
**This pool is NOT heated. Pool will be closed for the season from October 31 through April 1
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
