Just want to point out that this is an apartment and not a “cottage” in the traditional sense. For notoriously loud talkers we were actively avoiding an apartment. Unfortunately this was not ideal for us and we thought we were paying for peace of mind but the stay was fine. Host is friendly and quick to respond. Check in was easy, property is within walking distance to the stadium.

Excellent location in a popular part of the city. Very nice accommodations, comfortable beds, everything you need for a weekend trip. We walked to and from the Panther Stadium and felt safe the entire time. The only recommendation is a different coffee pot. Its furnished with a Nespresso and thats hard to find pods for. We took Keurig pods but were unable to use them. However there was a nice coffee shop close by. Would stay here again if we wanted another weekend in Charlotte. It's a beautiful city. Jared was nice to deal with and answered my questions. We had a fun weekend.
