Located in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou, just 300 meters from Futuroscope Park, the 23 m² L’Aventurier apartment (up to 4 guests) is the perfect base for exploring the region’s many attractions. With an exploration-themed decor, it welcomes families, couples, and solo travelers alike.



Your accommodation features a living area with a new double bed and a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a separate toilet. A TV is available, and an elevator provides easy access to the first floor. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided.



Nearby, you’ll find Futuroscope Park, the Futuroscope Arena, Aquascope, and Zérogravity. Several restaurants are within walking or driving distance. On-site parking is available.
