"Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Jean - Luc’s beautiful villa. Super clean with accommodation arranged to provide privacy and space for everyone. Really well equipped for a very enjoyable stay. Lovely pool and outside area.Jean-Luc was very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to beaches and places to eat in Cagnes-sur-Mer with easy access to Nice, Monaco, Cannes and Biot from nearby train station. "

"First impressions were very good, with adequate cooking, reception and dining areas. Bedrooms varied as to size with some of them compact. Hanging areas for clothing and lack of hangers in some rooms. The pool was good but needed attention to cleanliness possibly due to our numbers. Lower bedroom toilets were problematic and prone to flooding with water and waste matter coming back up into the shower outlet. Typical of too small a waste and or should not be combined with the toilet waste! It...

"Great Villa, perfect location. Easy to walk to beach, restaurants and old town. Property has its own parking within the grounds. Most of the rooms are on the first floor accessed via a spiral staircase apart from one of the bedrooms and the second bathroom, which are in a hut the other side of the swimming pool. Could not fault the host. "

"Amazing stay. The photos do not do this property justice! Very spacious rooms, amazing balcony with view of the sea and pool. The pool is huge and very much welcome in the heat. Quiet area but very close to local bakers (walking distance) and 5 minutes to supermarket. Close to the lovely beaches of Frejus and Ste Raphael. Excellent communication with Victoria who answered immediately. Nice touch of soap and shampoo in every bathroom and a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge. Every room...

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa. C’était encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos! Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, même que la réservation se soit faite 3 jours avant! Il a été disponible et a l’écoute. Une fois sur place, très bien accueillis par Marie ! On a même eu droit à un gâteau fait maison pour un des enfants qui fêtait son anniversaire pendant le séjour! C’était parfait ! "We really loved our stay here. Firstly the host sent us all the information about the property, the area, activities and restaurants ahead of time which was so helpful. The check in and out was very easy and we always had good communication. The property is as described, and felt like a reach beach oasis, a very short walking distance to a beautiful popular swimming spot. We had a great, relaxing holiday after our wedding in Spain and would highly recommend a stay here"
