「This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Southend. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a 4 nights stay.We had a couple of issues but l must say the staff were fantastic and the issues were resolved quickly and professionally. If we come back to Southend we would stay at Seven Hotel again.」

「Whilst the room could have done with a little update - fraying carpets and old furniture being held up with paper underneath the legs - it was an amazing experience. The hotel has an old period charm and sits perfectly in the Ditton Village area. I did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast, but hopefully next time I can. A really lovely stay and very polite, helpful staff.」
